At Supaw Pet Bakery, we take great care in getting our premium treats and celebration cakes to you in perfect condition. Below are the key details about our shipping process.
Where We Ship
We currently ship Australia-wide. If you're located in a remote or regional area, delivery times may be slightly longer. We do not ship internationally at this stage.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Custom items (including portrait cakes and pre-orders) may require additional lead time, which will be noted on the product page.
You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (metro areas)

Click & Collect (Melbourne only): Free — available same or next business day for most products. We’ll notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to public holidays, carrier delays, or weather conditions.
Shipping Perishable Items
Our freeze-dried cakes and treats are shelf-stable and do not require refrigeration, but we pack them carefully to prevent crumbling in transit. For custom cakes or larger orders, additional cushioning or packaging may be used.
If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. Free standard shipping is available for orders over $100 (excluding custom cakes).
Delays or Issues
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking link or contact us at [insert email or contact form link]. We’ll do our best to assist and follow up with the carrier if needed.
